Payments can be requested and paid immediately through your voucher provider following receiving your email booking confirmation which contains the invoice for outstanding balance for services booked.

Refunds/ credits or transfers are not offered and therefore if you wish to cancel a session you will need to make us aware so we are able to remove your child from our registers to adhere to our Safeguarding policies and procedures.
